TERMS and CONDITIONS of SUPPLY
of PLANNING 2 BUILD SOLUTIONS (UK) LIMITED
ESTIMATING SERVICES
1. Estimates are compiled based on information provided by the client. It has not been checked
against site conditions
or statutory requirements. It is assumed for the purposes of estimating that plans supplied are accurate
and passed by Planning and Building Regulations, and any/all statutory undertakings ere relevant.
2. Neither Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited nor its associate estimate service providers assume any
liability for
any loss as a result of any inaccuracy, mis-description or any other error in the information supplied to
the client.
We assume no liability for any changes as a result of the site conditions whether specified at the time of
instruction or otherwise, nor for any matters pertaining to the project
beyond our control.
3. The entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be at Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited
option, the refund of the cost of the Estimate provided through this service.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited and its associate
estimating
service providers, disclaim all other remedies, warranties, conditions or other items either expressed
or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties and or conditions of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Planning2Build Solutions (uk)
Limited, its
associated estimating service providers, or suppliers be liable for any damage whatsoever (including
without limitation direct or indirect damage for personal injury, loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of business information or pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of, or inability to use, the Estimate supplied even if Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited
has been advised of such damages.
6. This is the only and entire agreement between the client and Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited
in relation to the
Estimating Service provided to the client. It cannot and shall not be capable of modification unless
in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Planning2Build Solutions (uk) Limited.
7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of
England and
Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
