We can prepare full sets of drawings and make the necessary applications for Planning
and Building Regulations to the local authority, normal turnaround 10 days.
Prices would be on application and subject to actual work required i.e., house or small extension etc.,
all potential work will be quoted for without obligation prior to being undertaken.
Quantity Surveying
On receipt of ours or yours or anyone else's drawings and specifications, we can produce
budget costings giving detailed material and labour requirements.

We can co-ordinate your building site for you, checking your materials are correct, and the tradesmen
are qualified to carry out their set tasks, and co-ordinate the health and safety of
the site.
Present you with valuation certificates to enable you to pay the tradesmen the correct monies;
these certificates are only issued on completion of satisfactory work.
